Sensing is mature
Motion and force sensing are proven in products people use every day.
Xrike® (pronounced “Shrike”) · Bengaluru
Xrike is building a compact physical platform that observes how people move, responds to the person in front of it, and learns from every session. It joins five layers and The Xrike Method. Xrivah, our intelligence layer for human movement, is one of them.
Status: physical platform in market. Computer vision proven in testing. Sensing, adaptive resistance and Xrivah in design.
The film
Concept film. Capabilities shown are in design or development. The physical product is IP-protected and is shown under NDA.
The problem
Nothing in everyday life watches how people move, and guides them while they do. The gap sits between the gym, the clinic and the screen, and it is where the cost builds up.
The consequence and the cost
Regular activity is associated with lower risk of falls, type 2 diabetes, hypertension and several cancers.
NoteThis evidence shows how large the problem is. It does not show that Xrike works. That has to be shown through technical, usability and clinical validation.
What the world is asking for
The World Health Organization asks countries to cut physical inactivity by 15% by 2030. On current trends, the world will miss it.
Adults: 150 to 300 minutes of activity a week, plus muscle strengthening on at least two days. Older adults: three or more days a week that combine balance, coordination and strength.
Governments set policy and build places. People still move at home, at work, in clinics and in schools. Xrike is a compact, drill-free platform designed to guide each person through six movement capabilities, including the strength, balance and coordination the guidelines ask for.

The human impact
Doesn't know whether they are moving well, so quietly stops.
Sits most of the day, with no one watching how the body adapts.
Loses confidence in balance and strength, and moves less.
Gets an hour of guidance, then a week without it.
Finds most equipment and most spaces were not built with them in mind.
The gap is not only motivation. It is that nobody and nothing is there to care how.
A new category
Xrike is building what comes next: a physical platform ecosystem, with accessories that mount on it, that is being built to see how people move, respond to them and learn. We call it movement intelligence, and the category is still being defined.
The platform
The spine of every layer
11 movement patterns develop six capabilities. Co-developed with clinical advisors in orthopaedics and physiotherapy.
The decision layer. It turns movement information into guidance grounded in The Xrike Method.
The MethodDecides using the Method: what to progress, hold or adjust.
Visual observation and analysis of how a person moves.
The MethodDesigned to read movement against the Method’s patterns.
Physical interaction that can respond to the person.
The MethodLoad is designed to follow the Method’s progressions.
Measurement and data capture around the movement.
The MethodDesigned to measure the six capabilities.
A compact, modular platform where movement happens. Drill-free, designed for children to seniors, and to fit homes, clinics and studios.
The MethodIts progressions and exercises come from the Method.
The physical platform is IP-protected, with design registration pending. Pictures and detailed design information are shared with investors and partners under NDA, and we expect to disclose it publicly in early 2027. Request NDA access
Why now
The building blocks are proven. Our edge is joining them on one drill-free physical platform, guided by The Xrike Method and governed by clinician-set guardrails.
Motion and force sensing are proven in products people use every day.
Real-time body-position tracking from ordinary cameras is now mainstream.
Modern AI can run on standard devices, so guidance can be immediate and private.
The physical platform is sold and The Xrike Method is defined. We build on what exists.
Why Xrike
Sensing, computer vision, adaptive electromechanics and applied AI each exist today. Our edge, and our defensibility, is making them work together in real places, safely, guided by a clinician-co-developed method.
The decision layer is designed so that what it recommends can be traced and understood, by the person and by the professional who supports them.

Your data
These are the requirements Xrike is built to from day one.
How it compares
General categories, not named products. Xrike is described by its design intent and current development status.
Progress and roadmap
Each layer builds on the one beneath it. The technology is established. What we add is the integration, the method and the guardrails.
A drill-free, modular platform with 360° access and a small footprint, supporting hundreds of progressions. Hardware already sold.
Computer vision has read and captured joint angles alongside sensor logging in testing. Next: across ages, body types and rooms.
Adaptive resistance with defined operating limits and independent safety controls.
Xrivah turns movement into guidance grounded in The Xrike Method, traceable and with the professional in charge.
The whole system tested together on engineering, usability and safety, with clinic and partner pilots.
Patent filed · DPIIT-recognised · Hardware already sold · Company, advisors and recognition
Architecture detail is shared with investors and technical partners under NDA.
Markets
Every one of these markets serves many kinds of people in many kinds of settings. A company still has to start somewhere, and we have chosen where, and why.
Everyday wellness and workplace first, starting in India with the UAE next. The other three markets follow on the same core.
For people who want to move well in daily life, and for the organisations and communities that look after them.
For athletes, coaches and programmes that care how well someone moves, not only how much they lift.
For hotels, resorts and residences that want a guided, personal way to move, without a trainer on every floor.
For professionals who guide people through recovery and for settings that support healthy ageing.
Any clinical use will follow appropriate clinical validation and regulatory review.
Equipment partners and OEM distribution are a route into all four markets, not a fifth.
How we work with you
For hotels, workplaces, academies and care settings. Four clear steps, and at each one you know who does what and what you keep. Turn a card to see.
You choose where it begins: a floor, a few rooms or a whole site. Together we agree who will use it and how their data is handled.
1 · Shape it
A drill-free install, with a walkthrough for your team. Everyone starts with a simple movement check.
2 · Install
Your people use it. Your team leads, and we support. You see how it is being used.
3 · Run it
We review the results together, from the first check to now. Then you expand at your own pace.
4 · Grow
Scope and terms are agreed with each organisation. We would rather agree them with you than assume them here.
